Mary Taylor writes to say - The Junior/Senior tournament on 13th April 2008 was great success. We had just 14 teams enter but that didn't seem to matter. The juniors were  all excellently behaved and gave us some good bowling. Several were playing with grandparents which was good to see

They played in three groups and had four games each in the round robin. The top two from each group and the top two runners up went through to the knockout stages. The final was a good match between Joe Sherwood and his grandfather Bob Clayton and Tony Sims and his grandfather Tony Sims Senior. Joe and Bob emerged the victors and were warded the Taylor trophy by Barry Taylor

Well done Mary and Barry for running such a tournament.
