The ESSMBA AGM has been confirmed and arranged and the details are:
DATE – Thursday 30th April 2026
TIME – 7pm for 730pm start
Venue – Old Heathfield BC, Goward Hall, Cade Street, Old Heathfield, East Sussex TN21 9JB
Club contacts have been sent the nomination form for election of officers. Any proposals from members/clubs need to be submitted in writing to the honary secretary, Mandy Moore. Both Nominations and proposals need to be submitted by Wednesday 22nd April 2026.
Draft minutes (and associated documents) along with the AGM agenda will be sent to club county reps on the 23rd April 2026 once nominations and any proposals are received.
